| Event Details: | FREE monthly event held on the last Friday of every month for local game & comic publishers, designers, and aspiring creators. This event is designed to bring together creators who are: Working on games or comics currently in development Looking for playtesters and feedback Interested in networking with other local designers & publishers Curious about getting started in publishing (no experience required) 🧩 What to Expect: Playtest your tabletop, card, RPG, or board game projects Get feedback from players and fellow creators Network and talk shop with other local publishers & designers Learn how to list public playtest events using GOB Gamer Finder 2.0 📅 First Event Date: Friday, April 24 ⏰ Start Time: 6:00 PM 📍 Location: GOB Retail 💲 Cost: FREE Friday nights also overlap with GOB’s open family board gaming night, giving creators the opportunity to reach a broader audience of potential playtesters. 👥 Who Should Attend: Game designers (published or unpublished) Comic creators & small publishers Aspiring designers exploring publishing Local creators looking to connect with the community 👉 Registration is encouraged to reserve your spot, but walk-ins are welcome. If you don’t have a GOB account, staff can help you set one up in-store. 📦 Publishers with in-print products are welcome to bring samples. 🔔IMPORTANT: This event repeats MONTHLY on the LAST FRIDAY of each month in the GOB Game Room.
