GOB Retail is located in Clawson, along the border between Oakland and Maccomb counties in the state of Michigan. A near northern suburb of Detroit. The store is in near
proximity to the cities of Royal Oak, Warren, Hazel Park, Madison Heights, Troy, Sterling Heights, Ferndale, Detroit and Berkley and reasonable drive from numerouns other communities,

Do you know all the things your GOB Rewards membership can do for you? Your membership provides you both rewards and is a gateway to a myriad of useful features. Listings below are an overview of rewards and features accessible through your GOB Rewards membership.
--REWARDS POINTS--
1) GOB Rewards Points
This is the feature most known. You earn GOB Rewards points when you shop at GOB. These points accumulate as you make purchases and may be redeemed for
FREE items in store. Each receipt will show you how many points you have (at the bottom of your receipts) and may also check your current GOB Rewards by logging into your account online. You earn GOB Rewards points on the purchase of most items in the store from games, models, hobby supplies, puzzles, funkos, statues, Gundams, graphic novels, etc, etc.
2) GOB Comics Rewards Points
Comic Rewards points are earned on the purchase of New Comics. 1 per comic. 2 per comic for comics purchased through the GOB Comic Subscription system (more on that further below). Used comics, graphic novels and other comic adjacent products still earn regular GOB Rewards Points. Comic Rewards like GOB Rewards, maybe redeemed to get FREE items.
3) GOB Magic Points
Magic points are garnered 3 ways. First, a small percentage of a purchase of any "NEW" Magic the Gathering product is placed onto your GOB Rewards account in the form of Magic Points. The second way is with full box purchases. Most sealed full Magic booster boxes come with a $30 bonus in Magic Points. Magic Points are like a form of GOB Store credit, which may be used towards the purchase of any Magic Singles or GOB's Magic Repack Bundles. The third way to get Magic Points is when trading in/selling Magic singles, Magic Points are an option, alongside cash or store credit.
4) Refer-a-Friend Bonus Rewards Points
If you refer a friend to GOB, when that friend is creating their GOB Rewards account for the first time, if they let us know you referred them, your account gets recorded as having referred them. When that happens, you get a 10% ongoing bonus to your rewards account based on their acquired GOB Rewards Point gains. For instance, lets say your referred friend earns 100 GOB Rewards Points on a transaction. They get their 100 Rewards Points, but your account also gets 10 Rewards Points due to the Refer a Friend program. This bonus is perpetual on all their future purchases.
5) Birthday Bonus Rewards Points
If you have given us your birthday on your account, the system will automatically reward you with Double Rewards points on all transactions the week before and the week after your birthday. And yes, people buying gifts for you are more than welcome to place said orders using your account also.
6) Bonus Rewards Coupons, Events
We have select coupons, based on type of item, where you can earn Double Rewards Points on your next purchase (conditions apply. Coupon specific, so check those coupons you get on your receipts). Periodically throughout the year GOB will host special events where Double or even Triple rewards points may be garnered on purchases those days. Watch out emails from GOB announcing such events.

--GOB MEMBERSHIP FEATURES--
1) GOB Comic Subscription System
New comic book releases these days are very front list driven. They are periodical in nature. Which is to say most stores are ordering to fulfill subscriptions and will have a limited quantity of books at retail on their shelves. That shelf inventory is not designed to last more than a few days. The best way to guarantee you get the books you want is to subscribe to them. Your GOB Rewards account and a comic subscription agreement get you access to our 24/7 online subscription service, accessible both online or through our in-store kiosk.
2) GOB Gift Registry
GOB offers a gift registry service through your rewards account. For birthdays, the holidays or any special occasion, you can make it easier for others to shop at GOB for you. You can create your own Gift Registry and send out your registry code to would-be gift buyers. Your registry will get automatically updated as items on it are purchased, allow GOB associates to see what items remain and assist other gift buyers in finding those items.
3) Back in Stock Email Notifications
You can sign up to a Back in Stock notification for an item either by asking an associate to set up a back in stock notification or by being logged into your account on gobretail.com, being on a product page and signing yourself up to the notification. While signed up to a product notification, each time the inventory on that item changes from having Zero to some number greater than zero, you will get an instant email notifying you of that fact. You can unsubscribe to a back in stock notification at any time through your online account access.
4) Review Your Order History
You GOB Rewards account allows you to log in online and review your entire purchase history for the entire time you have had your membership
5) Use Store Credit and/or Magic Points Online
If you are logged into you GOB Rewards account, you may utilize store credit and Magic Points towards any purchases through GOBRetail.com
6) Sells your Pre-Owned Board and Card Games through GOB Retail
GOB has a strong selection of board and card games that we sell on consignment for our rewards cards members. You can sell your pre-owned board and card games, choose your own price, and when it sells(*), 70% of the proceeds gets auto loaded on your GOB Rewards account as a store credit.
