GOB Retail Group Exchange Policy 1) All new retail merchandise may be exchanged for up to 7 days after purchase. Merchandise must remain in new/mint condition and have its original packaging and contents, including shrink wrap. Exchange is for store credit only. Packaged products returned due to missing a component will be exchanged for another copy when a replacement is provided by our vendors, or we will assist in communication with the manufacturer to get said missing component, whichever is more expedient. 2) All sales on collectible merchandise is final. This includes comics, graphic novels and custom printed goods. 3) All used retail merchandise may be exchanged for up to 3 days after purchase and only for functional defects. Returned items will be exchanged for another copy of the same used item, if available, or store credit will be provided if not available. GOB Retail reserves the right to refuse exchange of any goods, at any time, should our associates believe any facts regarding the exchange are being misrepresented.
