Getting Started:

If you are ready to get your own GOB Retail Private Mailbox, there are a handful of steps you will need to complete.

1) You will need to download and fill out Post Office Form 1583. This document will give us legal authorization to handle the mail you have directed to your mailbox.

2) Once you have filled out all necessary information on Form 1583 you will need to get it notarized. You can find nearby Notaries on google or we have a sheet of a number of possible notaries you can pick up here at the store.

3) You will need 2 forms of ID. 1 photo ID such as a passport, state id, drivers license or other state or federal ID. The other form of ID can simply be a bill, title, deed or other formal document with your name and address on it (matching what you put on your form 1583 and your photo ID), but does not require a photo.

4) Sign the GOB Retail Private Mailbox Agreement. Copy of the agreement may be picked up at the store.

5) Pay for your first Mailbox subscription, based on the mailbox sizes and subscription frequency you chose. Payment will be through Square payments. You may complete this step in the store with your smartphone, or you may choose the box and subscription you want from the options below and make payment now. Once your first subscription (MUST BE A SUBSCRIPTION - and not a one time payment) payment is complete, Square will send you an e-mail confirming your successful subscription payment. Save that e-mail. You may print it out or show it to the GOB Associate when in store and completing the setup process.

3 sizes of Private Mailbox Rentals available. Each size will accept unlimited mails and packages that fit in the size of the mailbox. Any mails, packages can't fit inside the mailbox, it will be held behind the customer service counter. Holding mails, packages will be determined for Mailbox Extra Package Rider if the amount of packages needed to be held regularly.
