POD Playing Cards: Packaging & Inserts
We are pleased to be able to offer you a number of different packaging options for your card games. We currently have four packaging
options, depending on your card set/deck sizes and what you want to have packaged with your cards. These four packaging options are detailed
below. Below the packaging options we also have a variety of other inserts we can include with your cards. Packaging materials and other
inserts will be shipped to you unassembled, but may be assembled for our Dropship program or simply if you would
rather pay the dropship fee to have us assemble it.
1) - Single Deck Tuck Box, Plain White with Full Color Wrap
This single deck tuck box is .22" chipbpard with a plain white exterior finish. The box size interior is 2.75" wide by 3.625" tall by .875"
deep. This box is large enough to fit 63 cards plus a small number of rules sheets (1-2 max). This box will come die cut, layed flat and
already glued together. For each box you order, you can also order an optional full colro box wrap. The box wrap is 3.5" tall and long enough
to wrap all the way around the box, including an additional glue/tape tab. This will give your box a full color presentation on 4 sides
(front, back and both sides. Missing only on the tops and bottom flaps that open). Box wraps will come trimmed to size and lay flat as well.
A sample of this box with a wrap on it, used on one of the Guild of Blades' Button Wars expansion packs, can be see on the image below.
Price = $.32 per plain white box and $.08 per wrap. Boxes may be ordered individually, wraps in groups of 6.
2) - Single Deck Tuck Box, Full Color & Die Cut
This single deck tuck box is printed full color directly onto a 12pt Carolina cover stock, then run through our die cutter to cut out its
shape and to add small cut lines to create easy fold lines. We will ultimately be making several different sizes for this box option, but
our first template will be for a box size 2.625" x 3.625" x .875" and will be suitable for up to 63 cards and a handful of rules sheets.
Later options for this packaging type will expand the depth to allow for larger decks of cards. This box will come layflat, unassembled and
is NOT glued together yet. See PDF template below to see a layout diagram for this box type. Price = $.38 per box and they may be ordered in
groups of 4.
3) - Double Deck Tuck Box, Plain White with Full Color Wrap
This double deck tuck box is .28" chipboard with a plain white exterior finish. The box size interior is 5.75" wide by 4.5" tall and 1.5"
deep. This box is large enough to fit up to two decks of up to 99 cards each, plus a handful or rules sheets. Additionally, this box has
nearly an inch above the cards for the inclusion of dice, pawns, tokens, etc. This box will come die cut, layed flat and already glued
together. For each box you order, you can also order an optional full colro box wrap. The box wrap is 4.5" tall and long enough to wrap all
the way around the box, including an additional glue/tape tab. This will give your box a full color presentation on 4 sides (front, back and
both sides. Missing only on the tops and bottom flaps that open). Box wraps will come trimmed to size and lay flat as well. A sample of this
box with a wrap on it, used on one of the Guild of Blades' Worlds of Heroes & Tyrants Dungeon Crawl Tile Board Game, can be see on the image
below (large of the 2 boxes). Price = $.55 per plain white box and $.16 per wrap. Boxes may be ordered individually, wraps in groups of 2.
4) - Booster Pack Wrap Packaging, Full Color
This is a full color wrap designed to be a cardboard slip case for a small set of cards (9-18 cards). It is printed on 10pt Carlonina cover
stock then die cut out, including small cuts to create fold lines. It can contain 9-18 cards plus a single rules sheet. See PDF template
