POD Playing Card Pricing
All POD Playing Cards are printed 18 up onto 12" x 18" press sheets. These sheets are cut in half during die cutting, allowing us to sort
and package into any multiple of 9 cards. This means for ordering purposes we can only bill, sort and package in 9 card increments. We can
not sub divide 9 card sets into smaller groupings. If a deck of cards would have an odd number of cards, then an even number of decks must
be produced.
Base pricing is $.075 per card, but it is important to remember that actual pricing is per set of 9. Cards are printed 4/4 (full color both
sides), though you can have cards printed in just black on one or both sides (4/1 or 1/1) and save a half cent per card per side printed
only in black. With digital printing, there are no separate billing options for 2 or 3 color productions. It is either all black and white or
it is color (regardless of the number of colors).
We have a minimum order of 25 card sets for the first run of any project. By having this minimum, we avoid the need for any set up costs for
a project. Once a project has been printed at least once with us, if you have no file changes, any future print runs only have a minimum run
requirement of just 10 decks.
Volume discounts are available at 50 sets, 100 sets, 350 sets, 700 sets, 1000 sets and 1500 sets respectively. Thusly cards (per card) cost
$.075 at 10-49 decks, $.07 at 50-99 decks, $.065 at 100-349 decks, $.06 at 350-649 decks, $.055 at 700-999 decks, $.05 at 1000-1499 decks
and $.045 at 1500+ decks. A "set" is defined as one complete package or deck of cards, irregardless of the number of cards held within.
Cards only printed, without additional packaging to accompany them, are
packaged into clear poly bags and tape sealed closed. For additional packaging options, follow the Packaging and Accessories link below.
