proximity to the cities of Royal Oak, Warren, Hazel Park, Madison Heights, Troy, Sterling Heights, Ferndale, Detroit and Berkley and reasonable drive from numerouns other communities,
including Southfield, Rochester Hills, Rochester, St. Clair Shores, Roseville, Auburn Hills, Bloomfield Township, Clinton Township, Shelby Township, Utica, East Pointe, Beverly
Hills, Birmingham,Pontiac, Oak Park and Waterford. The store is just 1 mile east off of I-75, which makes it easily accessible from further out via connections with I-696, I-96 and M59.

And Guild of Blades Retail in Madison Heights, MI is proud to host the first season of the Machinations league starting February 9th, 2013. The last day of league play is scheduled for March 9th, with s concluding event on March 23rd.
As of this post, much of the details are still being worked out. However, below is what we can definitively state in regards to our league:
For those of you familiar with the GoB League seasons from last year, we are bringing back the Escalating Point Cap. For those unfamiliar with this, each week will have a maximum point size for any given match for all players. League games are NOT required to be played at the maximum size; players are allowed to play at the point cap or smaller games. Team games have a different point cap which is based on per player and NOT per team. Here is the schedule for the point cap:
February 9th-15th: 25 points; 15 points per player (team games)
February 16th-22nd: 35 points; 25 points per player (team games)
February 23rd-March 1st: 50 points; 35 points per player (team games)
March 2nd-March 9th: 100 points; 75 points per player (team games)
Also making a return will be the Opponent Restriction. Players may play against a given opponent a number of times equal to how many total opponents they have WILL have faced after that match.
For example, Player A plays against Player B once, now Player A can play against any opponent 1 time. When Player A plays against Player C, Player A may now play against any opponent twice.
More details later as they become available.
Entry Fee: $8; minimum of 5 participants, maximum of 16
Because we are starting up early, badges/patches may not be available until the second or third week of league.

Also, as per the Gamer Finder event post and the Privateer Press post, the last day for league games will be March 16th and not the 9th as originally posted. The concluding event will be on March 23rd.
