North Africa and the Mediterranean is a 264-page hardback book containing revised and updated briefings for the major Axis and Allied forces that battled for dominance across North Africa and Italy.
North Africa and the Mediterranean provides Flames Of War players the forces needed to recreate the battles between the Allied and Axis forces across North Africa, through Tunisia, and onto Sicily and the Italian mainland.
Start with the British Eighth Army against Rommel and the Afrikakorps. Fight the battles of Gazala and Bir Hacheim. The new North Africa is more than a simple update of Afrika. All the Intelligence Briefings have been updated to include the new style company platoon selection diagrams as first seen in Cobra and now included in all of our books after that.
We have also revised some of the Intelligence Briefings after further research and consideration. There are also new Intelligence Briefings filling in a few gaps.
North Africa also retains all the options for the different Commonwealth nations in the British sections. You can field Canadian, Indians, South Africans, Australians and New Zealanders. You can also field Guards, Scots and Irish as options under the British.
