Comic grading.
GOB's comic grading system is as follows:
Good = 7.0 to 8.0 or above
Fair = 5.0 to 6.0
Poor = 4.0 or under
We do not grade or price any books above 8.0, no matter how perfect they may appear. Grading of comics is a very subjective process. We attempt to grade conservatively. A difference of opinion on grade and condition of a book is not grounds for a return. Comics are collectibles and sold as is.

This can be rather troublesome, particularly in regards to the Specials, as those things were always whacked-out and insane and of dubious canonicity to the ongoing TMNT Adventures series. A. C. Farley tries his best to render these characters, most-often drawn in ultra-surreal styles in the original Specials, as congruously with the character designs of those featured in the primary TMNT comic, but he can only do so much.
